Since becoming Certified Tea Masters, Sandra McPherson and Andy Atzenberger have spent endless hours, days and almost a year studying and pursuing the world of tea. They have sampled endless varieties of tea from many wonderful suppliers, and have even found several "to die for" favorites. They have gone into endless research on tea shops, learning not only about tea, but also about opening and running a business. Finding a perfect, or almost perfect location in the town they live in, has been one of their biggest challenges, second to figuring out how to import from the States into Canada without a huge bill. Their exciting journey started in San Fransico in June, 2009, with the American Tea Masters Association's Tea Mastery Certification Course, making tea their new addiction.
