Dianne Spence, Certified Tea Master. I live in North Queensland Australia and have always been interested and involved in the hospitality industry. I have owned and operated a tea house and a bed and breakfast inn and have always had a passion for the service and traditions of tea. Four years ago, I began looking more deeply at tea itself and found myself on a passionate journey to find out more and more about every aspect of the wonderful liquor that is tea. I know that I am now on an exciting life-long expansive journey. My goal is to open a tea business encompassing three areas: retail tea sales, high teas in the “English” tradition, and seminars so I can share my passion, my pachado, with others.
