Course Curriculum
Five Star Tea Service with Five Star Rewards includes the most essential components that will support participants in planning, preparing, and presenting a Cream Tea, Afternoon Tea, and High Tea. Registrants will prepare and taste-test the most popular teas for each of these events, along with several innovative additions.

Perhaps the most innovative part of this training is the use of our new online audio-visual system (similar to Skype) connecting your home computer to ours with our web cameras in full operation. With this system, we will be able to broadcast various topics right on your computer screen at the same time you are modeling each step in the same process. It will be like we are sitting across the same table with one another.

For example, one segment in this part of our training involves how to properly set the table for serving High Tea. We will teach you everything from placement of your tablecloth and napkins, silverware, plates, cups, and accessories. You will see this live on your computer screen as we model it for you. You, in turn, will replicate each step in the process under the watchful eye of the course instructor. The audio-visual system is amazing technology and available free without charge.

Upon successful completion of the course, a two-part test is given to registrants. Those completing the coursework receive a prestigious Certificate of Completion.
